| VALID US PASSPORT |

Your passport must be valid, signed and with sufficient blank pages for any visa stamps. The passport expiration date must be greater than six months from the date of entry for the visa you are applying for. If your passport does not meet the requirements, you must renew your passport or obtain a new one from us prior to obtaining the visa.

| VISA APPLICATION |
|
Download, print, fully complete, and sign two copies of the India application form, and must provide two identical passport photographs
|
|
| TRAVEL DOCUMENTATION |
You must provide a copy of ONE of the following items:
- Your foreign travel plane ticket, OR
- Your printed travel itinerary.
- Business letter from your company and must meet the following: (click here for a sample)
The letter stating purpose of trip -dates of travel and guaranteeing expenses.
If applicant is not a U.S. Citizen, copy of green card or U.S. Visa is also required
Your company must include the invitation from host company in India (fax or copy acceptable) (please call us for more details)

- Consulate Fees: (Rush one day visas, the consulate charges an extra $30.00 fee)
- Consular Fee - $60.00 (6 month multiple entry visa)
- Consulate Fee - $85.00 (1 year multiple entry visa)
- Our Standard Service Fee - $ 75.00 (3-4 days to process)
- Our RUSH Service Fee - $100.00 (1-2 days to process)
- Return Mail Fee - $ 20.00 (FedEx) OR you may provide us with your own pre-paid airway.
